Development on Upper State Street

The Estancia, a 72 unit residential development on upper State Street, is well under way. According to the developer, the residences will "blend Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture and forward thinking contemporary design".

Also, adjacent to The Marc near La Cumbre Plaza, the Housing Authority is constructing the Grace Village Apartments, a 57 units development for seasoned citizens aged 62 and up.
