Montecito Developments

The long awaited Rosewood Miramar Hotel plans to open January 7, 2019. The new beachfront hotel will include 161 rooms, 2 pools, and multiple restaurants and bars.

Just down the road on Coast Village, a three-story, nine-unit condominium project behind Starbucks is steadily moving through the approval process. Additionally, the mixed-use project at the corner of Olive Mill and Coast Village is nearing completion. The finished project will feature 5,000 sf of commercial space, and 6 residential units. Not exactly a development, but Chaplin's Martini Bar at the Montecito Inn is a new establishment we can really get behind!
