The Galleria, on the corner of State and La Cumbre, which sold in late 2017 for $12.5 million and then was leased to Target, has been purchased by Target for just over double the price from a year ago. The Marc, the mixed use project next door, also sold in the last month. That project, with over 89 residential units and 3k sf of commercial space sold for just over $56 million. Also, we just listed the three free-standing to-be-built commercial buildings at the Estancia development a few blocks away across from Whole Foods. The buildings range from 1,067 sf to 2,736 sf and have great parking and signage. Contact us with any questions!
