Google, already in 15,000 square feet in Goleta, is taking over 40,000 square feet at 301 Mentor Drive to continue their work with UCSB on Quantum Artificial Intelligence.

Amazon, who purchased Graphiq in 2017, is rumored to be looking for 40,000 square feet to grow their presence in the Santa Barbara market.
